Client Experience & Estimation Specialist – Floorcovering Store
Salary: $45,000–$65,000 to start, DOE

Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, timely flooring estimates for residential and commercial clients
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and budget
- Prepare bids, proposals, and sales orders
- Coordinate with installers and project managers to ensure smooth job execution
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends
- Deliver excellent customer service from first contact to project completion
Experience & Skills Required
- Previous experience in flooring, construction, estimating, or a related field
- Strong math skills, including measuring, calculating square footage, and converting units
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and estimating or POS software
- Ability to read blueprints and project plans is a plus
- Strong communication and sales abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid driver’s license (for onsite measurements)
