Responsibilities
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates through various channels, managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes.
- Administer employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are welcomed and integrated smoothly into the organization.
- Oversee employee evaluation and performance management processes, providing guidance on goal setting, feedback, and development plans.
- Manage employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive organizational culture.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor laws, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation policies, and affirmative action planning requirements.
- Maintain accurate HRIS records (such as Workday, ADP, UltiPro) for data collection, reporting, and workforce management analytics.
- Support benefits administration including health plans, retirement programs, and leave policies such as FMLA; assist employees with benefits inquiries.
- Coordinate training & development initiatives to enhance skills across teams and support succession planning efforts.
- Assist with project management tasks related to organization design, change management initiatives, and HR sourcing strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management or related roles with a strong understanding of human capital management practices.
- Familiarity with employment & labor law compliance, OSHA standards, workers' compensation procedures, and affirmative action planning.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM or similar systems; experience with ATS tools like iCIMS or Taleo is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability in talent acquisition techniques including recruiting strategies and social media management for employer branding.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly and effectively collaborate across teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience with benefits administration platforms such as Paychex or Paylocity; familiarity with payroll systems like Kronos or UltiPro is advantageous.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
