As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the trusted voice for customers who prefer to communicate in English or Spanish. You’ll support customers with policy questions, billing needs, and claim concerns, ensuring every customer receives clear, accurate, and compassionate assistance in the language they’re most comfortable using.
What You’ll Do Day to Day
- Provide great customer service to anyone walking in the door.
- Ability to handle cash and process payments; be able to go to the bank and make deposits
- Comfortable/ Confident to make outgoing calls to customers for payment reminders or offer promotions, make cold calls, and marketing calls. Be able to receive incoming calls from customers and carriers and assist as best as possible
- Marketing: Be comfortable going to businesses and handing out flyers.
- Provide clear explanations of insurance terms, deductibles, and coverage options in a way that is easy for customers to understand in either language.
- Process transactions such as adding drivers, updating vehicle information, adjusting coverage, and documenting account changes.
- Work at any office within the assigned Region
- Must be able to open/close the Office
- Must be able to obtain the required license and certifications related to our industry
