Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and in person
Answer customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
Perform basic computer and data entry tasks
Work collaboratively with team members in a professional office environment
Qualifications:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent phone etiquette
Basic computer proficiency, typing is a must
Knowledge of Word and Excel
Ability to work well in a team-oriented, professional environment
Sharp organizational skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
