Ajin USA is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead overall manufacturing operations in a fast-paced automotive production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily plant operations, production performance, and inventory management
- Ensure customer delivery schedules are met
- Support new product launches (APQP)
- Maintain compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards
- Lead safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage department managers, supervisors, and workforce performance
- Develop and execute annual production plans
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 20+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
- 15+ years of Plant Manager or Operations Manager experience in automotive manufacturing
- Experience with ERP/MES systems (SAP preferred)
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Strong leadership and communication skills
