Maintenance Division
We are looking for a hands-on, results-driven Production Manager to lead field operations, drive quality, and develop high-performing crews. This role is key to ensuring efficient production, strong safety practices, and exceptional service across all assigned properties.

Oversee daily maintenance operations, routing, and job scheduling

Ensure top-tier quality control across multiple properties

Lead, train, and hold Foremen accountable to performance standards

Identify and resolve deficiencies proactively

Partner with Account Managers on work orders and client needs

Support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding efforts

Manage equipment allocation and maintain property maps
-
Spot enhancement opportunities and communicate them clearly

5+ years of landscape maintenance or production management experience

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams

Expertise in quality control and problem-solving in the field

Experience with scheduling, route optimization, and operational planning

Ability to read or create Gantt charts (preferred)

Knowledge of contracts, production rates, and field operations

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
