About the Role
As a Manufacturing Process Specialist, you will drive operational excellence by optimizing bonding methodologies and ensuring high-quality production outputs. You will serve as a key technical bridge between the production floor and leadership, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Responsibilities-
Optimize bonding process performance metrics, including yield, scrap reduction, and UPH, to meet rigorous production targets.

Conduct root cause analysis on process failures such as delamination and misalignment, implementing sustainable corrective actions.

Design and execute statistical experiments (DOE) to improve bonding quality, safety, and cost-efficiency.

Manage the transition of new materials and R&D developments into stable, high-volume manufacturing environments.

Develop and maintain robust process control documentation, including SOPs, PFMEA, and SPC systems.

Lead equipment integration projects, overseeing everything from initial feasibility studies and IQ/OQ/PQ validation to final production ramp-up.

Facilitate technical training programs for floor staff to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards and operational best practices.
Qualifications-
Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical, Chemical, or Materials Engineering.

2+ years of experience in high-volume manufacturing or chemical processing environments.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Demonstrated ability to maintain technical documentation, including FMEA and standard operating procedures.

Hands-on experience with bonding equipment setup, parameter tuning, and troubleshooting.

Strong background in conducting internal quality audits and ensuring industry compliance.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through capital improvement projects and automation upgrades.
