Role summary: As Co‑Pilot AI Trainer, you will design and deliver training programs that teach employees how to understand AI fundamentals, use Generative AI and Copilot tools productively, create high‑quality prompts, draft professional communications with AI assistance, summarize and analyze documents, and apply secure/responsible AI practices. You will translate technical concepts into practical workplace skills, develop learning materials, run workshops, and measure adoption and impact. Key responsibilities: Design, develop, and deliver training programs, workshops, and hands‑on labs on: Fundamentals of AI and Generative AI Effective use of AI Copilot tools in daily operations Prompt engineering and techniques to create accurate, useful outputs Drafting professional emails, reports, and communications using AI Document summarization, extraction, and analysis using AI Productivity workflows and administrative automation with AI Responsible, secure, and privacy‑preserving AI usage
