About Liberty York
Liberty York is a veteran-owned housing readiness and property partnership company. We identify practical pathways for underused lodging assets (motels, hotels, extended-stay properties), workforce housing, veteran housing, family and community housing, and disaster displacement readiness.
We're seeking Property Partnership Representatives who can recognize opportunity, build professional relationships, and help identify properties, employers, nonprofits, agencies, and community partners that align with our housing readiness mission.
What You'll Do
- Identify potential property opportunities: motels, hotels, extended-stay properties, small lodging assets, vacant buildings, or underused real estate
- Make warm introductions to property owners, employers, nonprofit leaders, community organizations, investors, or local contacts
- Research local markets and help identify housing needs (workforce housing, veteran housing, family housing, disaster displacement, community partnerships)
- Share qualified leads with Liberty York for review
- Communicate professionally when representing Liberty York
- Participate in virtual check-ins, onboarding, or training as needed

Compensation
Commission-based contract opportunity. Earnings available for approved property leads, qualified referrals, warm introductions, or project opportunities accepted by Liberty York.
Estimated earning potential: $500–$3,000+ per month depending on activity, market, quality of leads, and approved opportunities.
Compensation terms must be approved in writing by Liberty York before any commission is earned. This is not hourly or salaried employment.
Requirements
Must Have:
- Professional communication skills
- Strong local market awareness
- Ability to identify potential property or partnership opportunities
- Comfortable reaching out to owners, organizations, employers, or community contacts
- Self-motivated and organized
- Reliable follow-through
- Interest in housing, community development, property use, or partnership-building
Preferred (Not Required):
- Real estate, hospitality, hotel, or property management experience
- Sales, outreach, nonprofit, or government experience
- Veteran or military-connected background
- Existing relationships with property owners, employers, nonprofits, investors, or community leaders
