We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to be based in Bengaluru to act as a liaison between our US office and the People team. This role will be responsible for key accounting functions, including bookkeeping, payroll, and managing US accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills to provide consolidated reporting and effectively coordinate across teams.
- Experience of 3-5 years in accounting, with a focus on bookkeeping, payroll, and tax reconciliation.
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce (B. Com) or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Zoho Payroll, GST filing, and TDS reconciliation.
- Ability to provide consolidated reports and communicate effectively with internal teams.

- Serve as the primary liaison between the US office and internal teams to ensure seamless accounting support.
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting operations using Zoho Books.
- Handle payroll functions using Zoho Payroll and ensure timely processing and accuracy.
- Conduct GST filings and quarterly TDS reconciliations, PF and PT filing and reconciliation.
- Take responsibility for US accounts, including Accounts Receivable, invoicing, and other financial tasks as required.
