We are looking for a strong Project Manager with proven experience leading technology transfer projects within a pharmaceutical fill-finish facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end technology transfer projects for fill-finish manufacturing operations
- Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinate with Manufacturing, MSAT, Engineering, QA/QC, Validation, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams
- Drive technology transfer activities through manufacturing readiness
- Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates
- Manage issues, risks, change controls, and project documentation
- Support facility, equipment, process, documentation, and validation readiness
- Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and quality requirements
Required Experience:
- Strong Project Management experience in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical manufacturing
- Proven experience with technology transfer
- Hands-on experience supporting fill-finish facilities/processes
- Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing complex timelines, risks, and deliverables
