Compensation: Commission-Based – 80% of Gross Profit
We are looking for a motivated and dependable Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. This is a commission-based position offering 80% of gross profit on your sales.
This role involves more than just generating and closing roofing sales. Our sales representatives stay involved with their customers throughout the project, including maintaining communication, updating information in our CRM, and helping keep their projects moving from the initial sale through completion.
We are looking for someone who can build relationships with homeowners, stay organized, follow up consistently, and take ownership of the customers and projects they bring in.
Responsibilities
- Generate new roofing opportunities through door-to-door prospecting, referrals, networking, and other sales efforts
- Meet with homeowners to discuss roofing needs and available options
- Conduct initial roof inspections and identify potential damage or replacement needs
- Prepare and present roofing solutions to customers
- Follow up with leads and close roofing sales
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the entire project
- Keep customer information, notes, documents, and project updates current in the company CRM
- Provide customers with updates as their project moves through scheduling, installation, and completion
- Coordinate with the internal operations and production team when needed
- Follow up on outstanding customer or project items to help prevent delays
- Maintain an organized pipeline and keep management informed of project status
- Provide a professional and positive customer experience from the initial appointment through project completion
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Comfortable with door-to-door and outside sales
- Organized and able to manage multiple customers and projects at once
- Comfortable using a CRM and other basic technology
- Reliable transportation and a smartphone
- Strong follow up and attention to detail
- Roofing, restoration, construction, or outside sales experience is preferred but not required
Compensation
This is a commission-based position paying 80% of gross profit on your sales.
There is no set limit on earning potential. Compensation is directly tied to the sales you generate and the profitability of your projects.
We provide access to our CRM and internal team so you have the tools needed to manage your customers and stay informed throughout each project.
