POSITION SUMMARY
Under limited supervision, the Production and Warehouse associate is responsible for assembling parts and products for the medical device industry, including quality checks, packaging, labeling, and product movement. This role also carries cross-functional responsibility in warehouse operations, making it a strong fit for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and is committed to accuracy and efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assembly & Production Support
· Assemble and test CPAP devices following written work instructions
Package finished devices and accessories
· Execute kitting operations by assembling components, sub-assemblies, and accessories into finished kit configurations.
· Complete production paperwork and work orders accurately
Follow established procedures and quality requirements
· Inspect assembled or kitted units for completeness, accuracy, and quality prior to release.

Warehouse Support — Pick, Pack, Ship & Receive
- Accurately pick orders from inventory locations using pick lists, and accurately tracks lot and serial numbers in the inventory software
- Pack outbound orders per company standards, ensuring product protection and correct labeling.
- Process outbound shipments through applicable carrier systems (UPS, FedEx, freight, etc.) and prepare all required shipping documentation.
- Receive inbound shipments, verify quantities and condition against purchase orders or packing slips, and process receipts in the system.
- Stage, organize, and replenish stock locations to maintain accurate inventory and efficient pick paths.
- Conduct cycle counts and participate in physical inventory audits.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with safety standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions, BOMs, and SOPs.
- Basic computer literacy; experience with WMS, ERP, or similar systems a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
Preferred
- Experience with electronic device handling, light electro-mechanical assembly, or repair.
- Familiarity with ESD (electrostatic discharge) handling precautions.
- Forklift or powered industrial truck experience.
- Experience in a kitting, 3PL, or contract manufacturing environment.
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Work is performed in a warehouse and light production environment. The role requires frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Associates may work around powered industrial equipment and must observe all safety and PPE requirements. ESD-sensitive areas may require the use of grounding straps and anti-static precautions.
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
