We are currently seeking to hire an Experienced Sales Manager for our New Business Lead based Outside Sales Team. This position will require a valid Colorado Property and Casualty Insurance license OR a Colorado Personal Lines Insurance license, a proven track record in sales management in Property and Casualty insurance, and the unyielding motivation to lead, manage, and grow our outside sales team consisting currently of 10-12 individuals on our team of 20, and growing to scale.

We are able to offer up compensation packages for the VERY TOP TIER of P&C Insurance Sales Professionals. In line with our agency compensation, a majority of earnings will be commission based.
· Base Pay $60,000 Annual + Monthly Individual Sales Commission + Monthly Team Override Commission Opportunities + Annual Bonuses = $90k to $150k Annual in W-2 Earnings

+ Roles and Responsibilities +
· Meet Personal Production Numbers and Team Production Goals
· Coach Calls, Role Play, and Implement Group Training Sessions
· Strategize Sales Techniques and Assist Emerging Staff with Closing as Needed
· Host daily huddles to align priorities, share wins, and maintain accountability.
· Interview, Hire, and Manage the Outside Sales Team
· Monitor team KPI scorecards, tracking dials, talk time, quotes and items sold
· Maintain Compliance and Agency Objectives such as Product Bundling and Financial Services Referrals
· Manage Leads and Drive Campaigns for New Business
+ Requirements +
· Prefer 2yrs experience in Property and Casualty Insurance Sales Management. P&C Insurance sales experience is mandatory if management experience comes from outside the field.
· Must currently have a valid Colorado Property and Casualty Insurance License or a Colorado Personal Lines Insurance License, and acquire Life License within the first 60 Days if not currently held.
