We're expanding our team and looking for an energetic, positive, and professional Fitness Coach who is passionate about changing lives through fitness, building meaningful relationships, and creating an exceptional client experience. Whether you're coaching a one-on-one session, leading a small group, or supporting clients virtually, you'll play a key role in helping our members build confidence, develop healthy habits, and achieve results they never thought possible.
What You'll Do
- Coach clients in one-on-one, semi-private, virtual, and group training sessions.
- Design and implement individualized fitness programs based on client goals, needs, and abilities.
- Teach proper exercise technique, movement mechanics, and safe use of equipment.
- Help clients develop healthy habits, accountability, and confidence both inside and outside the gym.
- Utilize our programming, scheduling, and client management software.
- Modify exercises appropriately for clients of all fitness levels and abilities.
- Support day-to-day facility operations, including opening and closing responsibilities when assigned.
- Create a welcoming, motivating, and positive training environment.

Required Qualifications
- Current nationally recognized Personal Training Certification OR a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science or a related field.
- Current CPR/AED and First Aid Certification.
- Availability for early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
- Comfortable using fitness technology, apps, and coaching software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
