NOW HIRING – LEAD DETAIL TECHNICIAN
Prime One Consulting is looking for a motivated and dependable individual to lead a dealership detailing operation at a franchise automotive dealership.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who already has detailing experience and is ready to grow into a larger leadership position.
You will work alongside another team member while being responsible for the day-to-day flow, quality, communication, and overall performance of the department.

Responsibilities include:
- Performing vehicle detailing services daily
- Maintaining quality control standards
- Managing workflow and vehicle priorities
- Communicating with dealership personnel
- Helping train and lead team members
- Maintaining professionalism and consistency in the department
