Position Title: Senior Tenant Improvement Project Manager
This is an opportunity to lead some of Southern California’s most prominent commercial tenant improvement projects while working alongside a highly accomplished leadership team that is deeply involved in every project. The Senior Tenant Improvement Project Manager will take ownership of large-scale, high-visibility projects throughout Downtown Los Angeles, Century City, and Beverly Hills, overseeing everything from planning and coordination to execution and client relationships. Salary Range: $150,000 - $250,000 / Year DOE
Responsibilities:

Manage tenant improvement projects from inception to completion

Coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met

Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues

Maintain clear communication with clients and team members
Requirements:

3+ years of experience in tenant improvement project management, specifically in commercial settings

Proven experience managing projects with a minimum of 50,000 square feet

Demonstrated ability to handle larger projects under pressure

Existing network of quality union subcontractors is preferred

Experience on large TI projects (100,000-200,000+ square feet) is preferred
