Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide efficient check-in and check-out services using hotel management software such as OPERA/HOTELKEY.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately.
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with a positive attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
- Maintain detailed records of guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications while adhering to hotel policies.
- Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy in billing processes.
- Follow hotel emergency procedures promptly and effectively to ensure guest safety during incidents or crises.
- Support guest relations by offering local recommendations, addressing special requests, and providing personalized service to enhance their stay.
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems such as OPERA/HOTELKEY or similar platforms is highly preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate fluently in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to respond confidently during emergencies.
- Previous experience in night audit functions or resort settings is advantageous.
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to manage multi-line phone systems efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to build positive guest relations through attentive service and hospitality expertise.
