Patient Care Consultant / High-Ticket Medical Sales
Are you a strong closer who wants to use your sales skills in a healthcare environment where the service you sell can make a meaningful difference in someone's quality of life?
We are seeking a confident, motivated, and results-driven Patient Care Consultant to join our growing medical practice.
This is a high-ticket sales position working directly with patients who are seeking solutions for chronic knee, shoulder, joint, and musculoskeletal pain.
Our doctors evaluate each patient, determine whether they are a candidate for care, and recommend an individualized treatment plan. These plans may include advanced regenerative and non-surgical treatment options such as STEMCELL PRP, A2M, biologic/regenerative therapies, and other supportive treatments.
Treatment plans typically range from $5,000 to $30,000.
Your Role
Once the doctor has completed the evaluation and made a recommendation, you will meet with the patient to:
- Clearly explain the doctor's recommended treatment plan
- Educate the patient on the recommended care and the reasoning behind the plan
- Help patients understand their treatment options and next steps
- Discuss treatment costs and available payment or financing options
- Answer questions and address concerns
- Help patients overcome uncertainty and make an informed decision about moving forward
- Complete the enrollment and payment process for patients who choose to proceed
- Follow up with patients who need additional time before making a decision
This position requires someone who can combine empathy with strong sales and closing skills.
Patients may be dealing with chronic pain, limited mobility, fear of surgery, financial concerns, or frustration after trying other treatments. You must be comfortable having meaningful conversations, building trust quickly, discussing significant financial commitments, handling objections, and asking for the sale.
Who We're Looking For
We want someone who is:
- A proven salesperson and closer
- Comfortable selling high-ticket services in the $5,000–$30,000 range
- Confident discussing money and financing
- Excellent at building rapport and trust
- Skilled at identifying the patient's motivation and goals
- Comfortable handling objections and asking for a commitment
- Compassionate and professional when working with patients
- Competitive, motivated, and results-oriented
- Highly coachable and willing to follow a proven sales process
- Organized and consistent with follow-up
- Able to communicate complex information in a simple, understandable way
High-ticket sales experience is strongly preferred. Experience in medical sales, elective healthcare, dental, cosmetic surgery, regenerative medicine, chiropractic, financial services, or other consultative high-ticket sales environments is a plus.
What We Provide
You do not need to be a medical expert when you start.
We provide comprehensive training on our services, patient education process, treatment recommendations, financing options, objection handling, and sales process.
You will work alongside doctors and an experienced healthcare team. The doctor determines the appropriate medical treatment—you are responsible for helping the patient understand the recommendation and decide whether they are ready to move forward.
This Is a Sales Position
Although we operate in a medical environment and patient education is an important part of the role, candidates should understand that this is a performance-driven sales position.
Success will be measured by your ability to build trust, communicate value, follow up effectively, and convert qualified patients into care.
If you are a strong closer who enjoys helping people, thrives in a performance-driven environment, and wants the opportunity to sell a high-value service that can positively impact patients' lives, we want to hear from you.
Apply today and tell us about your previous sales experience, the types of products or services you have sold, and the average dollar amount of your sales.
