Spa Sales Consultant (Commission + Bonuses)

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and results-driven Spa Sales Consultant to join our luxury spa team.
This role is focused on selling treatment packages, memberships, and skincare products while creating an exceptional client experience. The right candidate is friendly, persuasive, and knows how to build trust and close sales without being pushy.
Responsibilities:
Consult with clients and recommend customized treatment packages
Sell spa packages, memberships, and skincare product
Build strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat business
Meet and exceed sales goals
Support front desk and client communication as needed
Keep detailed client notes and sales follow-up records
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience (spa, beauty, aesthetics, wellness, retail luxury sales preferred)
Strong closing skills and confidence in selling packages
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Friendly, polished, and professional appearance
Motivated by commissions and performance-based bonuses
Ideal Candidate:
Someone who loves people, understands luxury client service, and can confidently recommend and sell spa treatment packages and skincare solutions.
