What You’ll Do
- Build and deepen relationships with mortgage brokers by showing them the Simple Way to close more loans.
- Act as a trusted partner—whether you’re a remote AE or in the field—always responsive, resourceful, and ready to solve problems fast.
- Proactively identify opportunities to help brokers grow their business and win more deals.
- Keep a Broker-First mentality: when they win, we win.
- Thrive in a fast-moving environment where initiative and follow-through are everything.
- Bring energy, integrity, and big goals—because we’re looking for teammates who want to grow with us.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of wholesale mortgage lending experience
- Proven success in inside/national sales (outside sales experience is a plus)
- Strong phone sales skills and a track record of relationship building
- In-depth understanding of underwriting, processing, closing, and the full loan cycle
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter who performs under pressure and delivers results
- Encompass experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with Down Payment Assistance (DPA/HFA) programs (a big plus)
- This role comes with an existing producing pipeline—you’ll hit the ground running from day one.
