Pediatric Home Health Nurses (RN/LPN)
Service Area: Frostproof & Surrounding Communities
Schedule: Part-Time and Full-Time | Every Other Weekend

At NorthBay Home Health, we bring hospital-level pediatric care directly into the home. Our team of RNs and LPNs provides skilled, compassionate, one-on-one nursing care that supports both children and their families. From infants to young adults, you’ll play a vital role in helping children live safely and comfortably at home.
Your Role
Provide direct, in-home pediatric nursing care
Conduct assessments and follow individualized care plans
Administer medications, feeds, and treatments
Monitor patient conditions and keep accurate documentation
Support and educate families clinically and emotionally
Manage trachs, vents, and G-tubes (if trained)
✅ Qualifications
Active Florida RN or LPN license (or Multistate Compact)
Current BLS/CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross)
Experience with trach, vent, or G-tube care (preferred)
Experience with medically fragile or developmentally delayed children (a plus)
Compassionate, dependable, and family-focused
Compensation
LPN: $25 – $31/hour
RN: $32 – $35/hour
(Rates vary by experience and shift availability)
12-hour shifts
Evenings / Nights
Every Other Weekend
