BEGINNING SALARY
Based on classification and pay plan for non-bargaining employees:
Grade 13: $42,255.63 - $53,125.75 annually
SUMMARY/SCOPE/GOAL
Plan and execute strategies to increase workforce partnerships in education and related Post-Secondary and
Vocational programs. Recruit and sustain public support of Adult Education through Brevard Public Schools by
engaging work force communities, small businesses, large corporations, faith-based organizations, and other
key stakeholders. Be the liaison to communicate, analyze and track work force data. Consult with school staffs
throughout BPS on community engagement programs to ensure the program goals for Adult Education
workforce attainment align with Brevard Public Schools Strategic mission and goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION AND RELEVANT EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:REQUIRED:
BA/BS in Business Administration, Public Relations, Organizational Management, or a related program
from an accredited institution/program.
PREFERRED/DESIRED:
Preferred, three (3) years of relevant experience in a field such as business, public relations, or public
administration management.
CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES:REQUIRED:
Valid Florida Drivers license.
