Pay: $75,000 - $125,000+ per year

Responsibilities
- Present financing and protection products to customers in a professional and ethical manner
- Structure and submit vehicle financing to lending partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions
- Ensure all transactions are completed accurately and in compliance with federal, state, and lender requirements
- Achieve and exceed departmental goals for profitability, product penetration, and customer satisfaction
- Work closely with sales management to create an exceptional customer experience
- Maintain complete and accurate deal documentation
- Contribute to a positive dealership culture through collaboration and leadership
Qualifications
- Automotive Finance Manager experience required
- Proven track record of finance production and customer satisfaction
- Strong understanding of automotive lending, compliance, and F&I products
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Valid driver's license
