What You’ll Do
- Review customer credit applications and structure finance deals
- Present and sell finance options, service contracts, GAP, and ancillary products
- Ensure all paperwork is accurate, compliant, and completed efficiently
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders and maximize approvals
- Achieve and exceed monthly goals for: F&I gross, product penetration, customer satisfaction (CSI), collaborate with sales team to create a seamless delivery experience
What We’re Looking For
- Prior Automotive F&I Manager experience (required)
- Proven track record of high production and product penetration
- Strong CSI and customer-first mindset
- High energy, self-motivated, and goal-driven
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to thrive in a process-driven environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
