Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas are hygienic and welcoming. Responsibilities
Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, bedrooms and common areas.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain a clean environment.
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, including countertops, tables, and equipment.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Have a in depth knowledge of cleaning products and their uses.
Requirements
- At least 3 years cleaning experience outside of your own home is required.
- All cleaning products and tools to perform move in/out cleans, deep cleans, standard cleans and short term rental cleans.
- Your own reliable vehicle and cell phone
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients professionally.
