Responsibilities
- Manage inbound inquiries with professionalism, providing exceptional customer service and product information
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, industry trends, and competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations
- Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication skills, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Work with Outside Sales Team and Factory Representatives to reach sales goals.
Experience
- Demonstrated success in call center, telemarketing, or customer service roles
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Experience in technical sales or marketing is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to use current technology to perform work function, such as navigating websites.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office utilities
Pay: $29,098.99 - $59,129.96 per year
