Responsibilities
- Provide attentive care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times

- Support early childhood development through play, teaching basic concepts, and encouraging curiosity
- Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and hygiene practices
- Implement behavior management strategies to foster positive interactions and emotional regulation
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and daily experiences
- Maintain a clean, organized environment that adheres to health and safety standards
- Adapt caregiving approaches to meet the unique needs of children with disabilities or special requirements
Experience
- Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying roles
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices
- Experience caring for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children in classroom or daycare settings
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques suitable for young children
- Certification in first aid and CPR is highly preferred
- Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to foster a nurturing environment through patience, creativity, and effective communication
