Warehouse Shipping Coordinator
Ronkonkoma, NY
We are seeking a Warehouse Shipping Coordinator to support daily shipping, order processing, and warehouse operations. This role will coordinate outbound shipments, prepare shipping documents, update inventory records, and communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Process and coordinate customer orders and outbound shipments
- Prepare shipping labels, bills of lading, and related documentation
- Track shipments and resolve delivery issues
- Maintain accurate inventory and order records
- Communicate with carriers, customers, and warehouse personnel
- Assist with general warehouse and administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Previous shipping, warehouse, logistics, or order-processing experience
- Strong computer and data-entry skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
This is a full-time, direct-hire position located in Ronkonkoma, NY.
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
