Overview
We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and entrepreneurial Licensed Esthetician to join our team and build their own esthetics business within our established dermatology practice.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, excellent customer service skills, and the drive to actively market and promote their services, attract new clients, and build lasting client relationships.
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, professional, and ready to take initiative in growing their business while providing high-quality treatments and creating a welcoming, relaxing experience for every client.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials and body treatments.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on proper skincare routines.
- Utilize esthetic laser treatment techniques as needed, ensuring safety and efficacy.
- Maintain accurate client records using EMR system
- Deliver outstanding guest services by addressing client needs and ensuring a positive experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge to provide the best service possible.
- Assist with development of advertising and promotional materials
- Responsible for aftercare instructions, relaying information between the doctor and the patient and from the patient to the doctor
- Schedule appropriate follow up and treatments
- Help and assist front desk needs when needed
Skills
- Experience with product demos
- Knowledge of esthetic laser treatment procedures.
- Background in cosmetology with relevant certifications.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on guest services and client interaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism.
- 1-2 years of experience in a medical office or spa setting preferred
- Ability to understand physicians instructions and know when to seek additional information or clarification is required.
- Demonstrate professional appearance and manner at all times.
- Ability to display a friendly cheerful, tactful, and polite demeanor and compassionate caring in dealing with others is required.
