Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Supervisor to lead our staff and ensure high level communication and follow through between ACL and our customers. This role will encompass delegating tasks like preparing orders, preparing manifests, and responding to emails from out customers as well as communicating directly with many of our customers and drivers picking up product. As an Office Supervisor, you will play a key role in fostering a positive office culture while overseeing essential clerical functions to support our team’s success.
Experience with 3PL cold storage and/or Produce is STRONGLY preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily office operations, including front desk management, mail handling, and supply inventory
- Be comfortable working with multiple inventory systems.
- Be Bilignual in both English and Spanish
- Ensure product and material inventories are accurate.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting visitors, answering inquiries, and supporting client needs with professionalism and efficiencyWe are a family run 3PL outfit assisting importers into the US and seek a family oriented enviroment here at ACL.
Pay: $1,300.00 - $1,350.00 per week
