Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate with direct millwork experience to join our Arlington, Texas warehouse team.
Position Summary
This role combines warehouse operations with field jobsite support responsibilities. The position will assist with receiving, pulling, staging, and handling millwork and cabinetry materials while also supporting jobsite walks, project verification, delivery coordination, and material assessments at multifamily renovation projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
The ideal candidate has hands-on millwork experience, understands cabinetry and construction materials, is comfortable in both warehouse and field environments, and can communicate professionally with project managers, contractors, and onsite teams.
ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming millwork and cabinetry materials
- Pull, stage, and prepare orders for delivery and shipment
- Verify product quantities and inspect for damage or shortages
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
- Read and interpret packing slips, work orders, and delivery schedules
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely
- Help maintain accurate inventory locations and warehouse workflow
Jobsite Support & Walks
- Conduct jobsite walks at apartment renovation and construction projects
- Verify measurements, material needs, and unit readiness
- Assist with identifying missing materials, damages, or field issues
- Take photos and document project conditions during site visits
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, sales, and project management teams
- Support delivery scheduling and jobsite communication
- Help ensure projects are prepared for accurate and complete deliveries
- Represent BW Pro professionally onsite with customers and contractors
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience required
- MUST have millwork and cabinetry experience
- Experience working on construction jobsites preferred
- Forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50–75 pounds consistently
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with urgency
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Basic math and inventory counting skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Experience in multifamily renovation or construction supply is a plus
