Security Project Manager – Construction Contract
Position Overview

The Security Project Manager (SPM) is responsible for the overall management and
-
performance of security operations at their assigned construction project site. This includes
-
supervision of all assigned security personnel, ensuring compliance with company and
-
client standards, and maintaining strong working relationships with client representatives.

The SPM ensures operational excellence, adherence to safety requirements, and consistent
-
delivery of professional and reliable service.
Key Responsibilities

Employee Oversight & Leadership
-
Supervise and manage all assigned security staff, ensuring adherence to FCS policies,
-
procedures, and client expectations.
-
Maintain 100% post coverage through effective scheduling and staffing management.
-
Monitor overtime levels and implement strategies to maintain profitability within
-
contract guidelines.

Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development for Supervisors and
-
Officers.
-
Conduct daily and weekly post inspections, safety checks, and compliance reviews.
-
Ensure all officers receive proper onboarding, orientation, and ongoing training. Track
-
expirations of required licensures (DPSST/CPR) and ensure compliance.
-
Address HR issues and concerns timely such as PRD’s, PTO, complaints, etc.

Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for all client-related communication and
-
operational matters.

Foster strong, professional relationships with site management and client
-
representatives.
-
Attend and participate in client safety meetings, briefings, and planning sessions as required.
