An established Evanston accounting and bookkeeping firm is seeking an experienced TaxAccountant to join the team in a key long-term role. What You’ll Do
· Prepare and review tax returns for individuals and closely held businesses
· Support clients across LLCs, S corporations, trusts, and related entities
· Work with QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, tax software, and Excel
· Help manage workflow across a diverse portfolio of tax and accounting engagements
· Deliver responsive, high-touch service in a relationship-driven firm
What We’re Looking For
· CPA license required
· 8–10 years of tax and accounting experience preferred
· Strong working knowledge of tax software
· Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and Online
· Solid Excel skills
· Local candidate preferred for a hybrid schedule

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
