Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to patients in their homes, assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their well-being.
Duties:
- Provide personal care services to patients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist patients with mobility and transportation needs
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Engage patients in activities that promote physical and mental stimulation
- Follow care plans and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals
Requirements:
- Previous experience in patient care, home care, or caregiving preferred
- Ability to lift and assist patients with mobility needs
- Knowledge of dementia care techniques is a plus
- Proficiency in meal preparation and understanding of medical terminology
- Strong communication skills and empathy towards patients
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
