The Team Leader is a business consultant, growth strategist, recruiter, and culture carrier who operates with urgency and brings both vision and execution.
This individual:

- Is passionate about helping agents build scalable, profitable businesses
- Aligns with the Operating Principal’s vision and executes toward Market Center goals

- Believes in succeeding through others and building leaders
- Strong business and financial acumen
- 2–3+ years real estate experience with leadership success

Compensation
Competitive executive compensation package with on-target earnings exceeding $189,000+ annually upon achievement of minimum performance benchmarks, plus significant uncapped upside tied to growth, profitability, and performance.
Designed for a high-capacity leader seeking meaningful impact, long-term opportunity, and exceptional growth potential.
Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
