Job Overview:
Our law firm is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Intake Specialist to join our team. The Intake Specialist will be responsible for assisting clients and potential customers via our communication platforms. This role will include accurately gathering information, directing communication to the appropriate parties, scheduling consultations and executing our lead follow up strategy.

Duties include, but not limited to:
- Own the First Impression: Manage our live chat and communication platforms with speed, warmth, and precision.
- Master the Lead Lifecycle: Execute our follow-up strategy to ensure no federal employee is left behind. You’ll be the one keeping the engine running through proactive outreach.
- Solve the Puzzle: Ask the right questions to accurately screen potential cases and schedule consultations for our legal team.
- Organize for Success: Maintain a high-functioning CRM, ensuring every file is clean, organized, and ready for the next step in the legal process.
- Report & Grow: Track your data and collaborate with leadership to constantly improve our intake "playbook."

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
