Position Overview
We are hiring a Senior Carpenter to focus on the final phase of our projects and ongoing client support. This role is essential to maintaining quality standards and ensuring every project is fully completed to client satisfaction.
You’ll work closely with Project Managers to close out jobs, handle final walkthroughs, and complete warranty work across previously finished projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete punchlist items on substantially finished projects (decking, trim, adjustments, repairs, etc.)
- Assist Project Managers during final client walkthroughs
- Address and resolve punchlist items quickly and professionally
- Perform warranty work on completed projects as requested
- Troubleshoot issues and implement high-quality fixes
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Communicate clearly with Project Managers on progress and issues
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in decking and carpentry
- Broad general contracting skillset (framing, trim, repairs, adjustments)
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve in the field
- High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Strong communication skills with both team members and clients
- Ability to manage multiple small jobs efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with residential outdoor construction (decks, porches, patios)
- Prior experience handling punchlist or warranty work
- Ability to read plans and scopes of work

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
