· Submit electronic and paper claims to the clearinghouse
· Answer billing questions from patients and staff
· Quickly learn to post hospital, office, testing, and procedures (surgeries) in an accurate and efficient manner.
· Collect and post payments as needed
· Work with insurance companies to obtain a smooth transition from claim submission to payment
· Accept other duties as they are assigned from time to time
· Have some knowledge of coding as it relates to prompt payment of of testing, and procedures.
We are looking for a team player that has one or more years of specialty practice medical billing, preferably Cardiology. Knowledge of Veradigm (Allscripts) is a plus.
Compensation commensurate with knowledge and experience.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
