Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of serving experience in a full-service restaurant
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Weekend availability required
Responsibilities
- Welcome every guest with warmth and enthusiasm
- Guide guests through the menu and provide knowledgeable recommendations
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring quality
- Anticipate guest needs before they have to ask
- Maintain clean, organized dining areas
- Process payments accurately
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and fellow team members
- Assist with side work, opening, and closing duties
- Practice a "full hands in, full hands out" mindset to support the entire team
