Highland Maids LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team serving the Dallas, TX + surrounding Suburbs. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks across residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning to ensure a pristine environment.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to maintain health standards and prevent contamination.
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently.
- Use your own cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively to clean floors, carpets, surfaces, and outdoor areas as needed.
- Travel to client locations across the Dallas, TX area using your own reliable vehicle.
- Manage manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or appliances with proper technique to ensure safety.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain organized supplies and equipment inventory while adhering to safety protocols for janitorial and custodial tasks.
Requirements & Skills
- Must be professional, reliable, and punctual, this is a must for every member of our team.
- Valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle to travel between job sites.
- Must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial roles with a focus on quality service delivery.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and floor care techniques.
- Familiarity with cleaning detergents, surface disinfectants, and proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, and prolonged periods of standing or walking.
- Effective client communication skills, with professionalism maintained at all times.
- Background check will also be required as well.
