Role Overview
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to join our on-site clinical team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a professional clinic setting while collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals. This position offers the opportunity to expand your clinical skills in wellness, primary care, and aesthetic services within a supportive and growing practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in an on-site clinical environment.
- Conduct patient assessments, obtain medical histories, and monitor vital signs.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans within scope of practice.
- Prescribe medications and therapies (NPs only, in accordance with state regulations).
- Assist physicians and other healthcare providers during examinations and procedures.
- Administer medications, injections, IV therapies, and other clinical treatments as applicable.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, preventive care, and healthy lifestyle practices.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Coordinate patient care with physicians, specialists, and other members of the healthcare team.
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies, infection control protocols, and regulatory standards.
- Support daily clinic operations and provide exceptional patient service.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Skills)
Candidates with experience or certification in the following areas will be given preference:
- Botox and Dermal Fillers (Aesthetic Treatments)
- GLP-1 Weight Management Therapies
- Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)
- IV Therapy and Wellness Infusions
- Medical Aesthetics and Skin Treatments
- Phlebotomy
- Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
Requirements
- Active RN or NP license in good standing.
- Prescriptive authority for Nurse Practitioners (as required by state regulations).
- Current BLS/CPR certification (ACLS preferred where applicable).
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Work Schedule
