Restorative Aide (CNA Required)
Skilled Nursing Facility
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Restorative Aide to join our dedicated nursing team. The ideal candidate is committed to providing high-quality resident care while supporting restorative nursing programs that help residents maintain their highest level of independence and functioning.

Assist residents with restorative nursing programs as directed by licensed nursing staff and therapy teams

Encourage resident participation in exercises, ambulation, range-of-motion activities, and daily living skills

Accurately document restorative services and resident progress

Communicate changes in resident condition to nursing staff

Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents

Provide compassionate, resident-centered care in accordance with facility policies and state regulations

Must possess a current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing

Minimum of 6 months CNA experience in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care, or related healthcare setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
