Role Description
This is an independent contractor role for Real Estate Advisors at The Agency Savannah, with the main office located in downtown Savannah, Georgia in the Eastern Wharf area. Real Estate Advisors will work closely with buyers, sellers, and investors to provide exceptional real estate services. Key responsibilities include managing property transactions, assisting in property sales and acquisitions, negotiating deals, and delivering tailored solutions to meet clients' individual needs. Advisors may also provide training to clients and team members, contributing to the ongoing development of expertise across the team.
What You'll Do
- Represent buyers and sellers with the highest level of professionalism and market expertise
- Build and manage a strong client pipeline across Savannah, Pooler, Tybee, Wilmington Island, Skidaway, the Lowcountry corridor, and beyond
- Leverage The Agency’s global brand, world-class creative center, and award-winning marketing to differentiate your business
- Collaborate with a high-performing team fueled by culture, innovation, and shared success
- Attend coaching sessions, luxury masterminds, community events, and ongoing business development opportunities
- Deliver white-glove service from first touch to close — and beyond
What We're Looking For
- Licensed Georgia real estate agent in Good Standing
- Strong track record of sales or a demonstrated commitment to growth
- Highly motivated, polished, and entrepreneurial
- Exceptional communication skills with a client-first mindset
- Comfortable operating in the luxury space and representing a global brand
- Community-driven, collaborative, and eager to be part of something special
- Tech-savvy and fluent in today’s digital marketing trends (Bonus if you love Instagram Reels)
