Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Ranging from $70,000 - $75,000/year
- Full Time | Overtime Available

Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise associates in the Cooler Department, Shipping/Receiving, and warehouse office staff
- Assign duties and schedule employee work hours, break periods, and vacations; conduct periodic evaluations in accordance with HR policies
- Assist other warehouse supervisors and associates with departmental procedures, warehouse policies, and job duties
- Follow up on customer concerns or complaints, review discrepancy reports, and drive resolutions that support positive relationships
- Maintain responsibility for sanitation standards throughout the Cooler department and warehouse/offices
- Ensure seal policies are properly followed for all outbound loads
- Promote a positive work environment and serve as an effective team builder
- Work closely with staff to ensure productivity and quality standards are met and clearly communicated
- Maintain flexibility and the ability to work any shift as required by business needs
Requirements and Qualifications
- Some college-level management coursework and/or two years of warehouse supervisory experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication skills and the ability to take initiative to implement and supervise Cooler operations
- Weekend availability is required and the facility is only closed three days each year
- High proficiency in computer systems and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Some college-level training is preferred, but relevant warehouse supervisory experience is acceptable
- Experience in warehouse supervision, preferably within the wholesale or distribution environment
- Ability to interact with all levels of management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage and lead a diverse workforce
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs and climb stairs, as well as the capacity to sit at a computer for extended periods
