Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Pain Management

What You'll Do

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and physical examinations

Review imaging and diagnostic studies

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pain conditions

Develop individualized treatment plans

Order and interpret diagnostic testing

Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with practice guidelines

Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, and expected outcomes

Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
-
Respond to patient questions and care-related messages

Collaborate closely with physicians regarding interventional pain management procedures

Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care focused on improving quality of life
What We're Looking For
-
Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in good standing
-
Active DEA and CDS licenses
-
Previous Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experience preferred

Pain management, neurology, spine, or outpatient clinic experience preferred

Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

EMR proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office

Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Certification in relevant specialties (e.g., pain management, neurology) preferred
- Proven experience in pain management, neurology, or spine care
- Strong clinical assessment and procedural skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
- Knowledge of electronic health record systems and documentation standards
