Position Summary
We are looking for highly motivated Production Welders who take pride in their work and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Our team handles first articles and process development together, allowing our production welders to focus on what they do best: producing high-quality weldments efficiently and consistently.

Responsibilities
- Perform production welding operations according to established work instructions and quality standards.
- Maintain consistent weld quality throughout production runs.
- Meet and exceed productivity goals while maintaining attention to detail.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve daily production targets.
- Contribute to a positive, high-performance work environment.
- Support continuous improvement efforts and help maintain an organized work area.

Work Schedule & Overtime Expectations
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working overtime and maximizing their earning potential.
Current schedule:
- Five 10-hour shifts per week
- Regular overtime opportunities available
- Weekend work is plentiful
- Employees should expect to work a minimum of 1-2 weekend days per month (Saturday and/or Sunday), with additional opportunities available for those seeking extra hours.
