As a Sr Site Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the safe, timely, and high-quality execution of major data center construction projects. Lead field operations for one or multiple data center buildings, major phases, or campus programs, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to achieve project milestones.

Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with contracted scopes of work and safety standards.

Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions and address any non-compliance issues.

Identify and resolve conflicts in construction progress, escalating critical issues as needed.

Maintain detailed daily logs of jobsite activities and ensure the site remains clean and organized.

Conduct regular site walks to monitor progress and assist in planning future activities.

Preside over weekly subcontractor meetings to coordinate work and address issues.

Develop and implement recovery plans to address schedule slippage and ensure project milestones are met.

Forecast manpower requirements and develop staffing plans for superintendents and field teams.

Lead shutdown and energization planning, including MOP reviews and utility outage coordination.

Coach and mentor Assistant Superintendents and Superintendents, supporting their professional development.

Complete punch list identification and ensure timely completion of all project deliverables.

Perform additional duties as assigned by management, consistent with the role.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

10+ years of construction experience, including experience with Division 2-10 trades (concrete through finish).

3+ years of data center or equivalent mission critical environment experience preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Project.

Experience with Yardi, Procore, and Prolog preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects or phases simultaneously and coordinate diverse teams.

Physical ability to perform site duties, including standing, walking, climbing, lifting up to 100 pounds, and working both indoors and outdoors.
Offered compensation: $130,000/yr - $160,000/yr
