Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient service delivery and adherence to company standards.
- Supervise and support staff in food preparation, cooking, serving, and cleaning to maintain high-quality food safety and hygiene standards.
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy.
- Coordinate inventory control by monitoring stock levels, conducting food safety checks, and assisting with food management procedures.
- Train new team members and provide ongoing development opportunities to foster a motivated, knowledgeable staff.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Assist with shift management tasks including scheduling, budgeting, profit and loss analysis, and maintaining operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling.
- Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience within hospitality or restaurant settings.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling expertise required.
- Knowledge of food safety management practices and compliance with health regulations.
- Experience in managing inventory control, food production, catering, or banquet services is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train staff effectively and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and guest satisfaction.
