Wingfield, Ginsburg & Lipp, P.C. is a busy Plaintiff's Personal Injury Law Firm based in Washington, D.C. that focuses on Personal Injury Law. We are looking for a highly motivated Virginia Barred Attorney with 2+ years of personal injury litigation and trial experience to join our team. Virginia Bar Membership required, DC and/or MD a plus.
Duties Include:
- Prepare, file, and conduct jury and bench trials for Car Accident Injuries along with Premises liability cases.
- Heavy client contact
Requirements:
- 2+ years of personal injury litigation and trial experience
- Excellent legal research and writing skills
- Familiarity with relevant laws as they apply to personal injury claims, motor vehicle accidents, and insurance
- Possess a strong work ethic and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent people skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities to meet deadlines
- Well organized and detail oriented
Experience:
- Personal Injury Law 2+ years (Required)
